In 1973 Charles Webster started a company of Key People. No fluff. He built a company around the ideas of Hard Work, Dependability, Good Attitudes, and Being a Team Player. For over 50 years Charles, followed by his son, Rick, built Key Constructors into a company with a reputation of getting it done because of the people on the team. Now the torch has been passed….to us. Key Constructors is under new management! Thanks to Rick and his desire to take care of the Key People, Key Constructors is now an ESOP.
